This document constitutes the End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Service for the NETMALA app. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using the NETMALA application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and Use
- Age Requirement: You represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- Purpose: The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC)
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all data, text, messages, images, or other materials you post or transmit via the App (including Anonymous Messages).
- Prohibited Content: Strictly prohibited is any content that violates the law, including harassment, threats, hate speech, nudity, or promotion of violence.
- Monitoring Right: NETMALA reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
3. Location Data Usage
- Consent: The App requires access to your geographic location to provide presence and nearby interaction features. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the processing of your location data for service provision purposes.
- Privacy: Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your location data is collected and used.
4. Termination and Suspension
NETMALA reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
- The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties.
- NETMALA shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or from the actions of other users.
6. Zero Tolerance Policy
- NETMALA maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content, hate speech, threats, harassment, or abusive users. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination (ejection).
